Shipping & Returns

All orders will typically ship within 3 - 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. That means treats are on the way!

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $45. We charge flat rate shipping of $6.95 on all orders under $45.

Since we make a food product, we do not accept returns. Your satisfaction with our treats is GUARANTEED. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at: mamma@dogmammas.com for a refund of your purchase price.

Treats

Your treats are stamped with an expiration date on the back of the bag. Our crunchy treat recipes will last at least 15 months. We hope your dog eats them long before that!

Each bag has a zipper close - you can re-seal the zipper or store them in your dog’s own treat jar.

YES! All of our recipes are USDA Organic Certified.

We believe in the transparency of 3rd party certification.
